Sandy Alomar Sr. would try to simplify what should happen on a baseball field by saying the scoreboard will tell you what you need to do. Simple for a person who fathered two exceptional big leaguers after a fantastic MLB career himself.

At every level, for those just starting out teaching their 5u travel team (jk) the basics, to coaches with Top 5 schools in the NCAA ranks… what I will throw in here is meant to help those along the way.
